According to the official release, "A mysterious meeting pulls characters Naoe and Yasuke into a fresh mission, where whispers of banned rituals and monstrous changes reverberate through the shadows." The plot introduces a "oddly attired woman named Ada" who assigns the duo with venturing into the Gemstone Grotto—a key location from Attack on Titan—to save her companion from a clandestine group.

The mission focuses on "bizarre trials and a terrifying enemy" and is available to all players who have unlocked the Yasuke character.

The preview showcases the Hidden Temple from Attack on Titan reimagined as the Crystal Cave. This historic location was formerly where the Reiss royal family handed down the Founding Titan ability through ages. The trailer ends with a striking scene showing a character, likely the captive, transforming into a Titan that rises over Naoe and Yasuke.
